		<description>It seems that media discussion about the smart grid is picking up pace as we move through the end of 2009.  It&#039;s a huge project to create the infrastructure for this and I&#039;m looking forward to the point where we have more than just &quot;pilot projects&quot;, hopefully using standards-based technologies like TCP/IP for powerline communication.</description>
