We are looking for a Senior Manager in Intervention Development who will conceptualise interventions and develop them to full detail, including the definition of their scope, goals and deliverables, the identification and engagement of suitable partners, and development and management of the budget. The successful candidate has a background of working with clean energy projects in developing countries and a strong track record in fundraising and proposal-writing. Furthermore the design of REEEP’s large-scale interventions will require an inquisitive personality who is at the pulse of time in terms of clean energy technology, policy and political sentiment.
We are also looking for a Open Data Project Developer who will be responsible for collaborating with partners (e.g. developing country governments, international organisations, multilateral development banks), for defining project requirements and writing their specifications, and overseeing and coordinating implementation. The right candidate will have a passion for web technologies but also a good grip on the current issues developing countries face in regard to e-government and transparency. Ideally this position will be filled by somebody who is already involved with the Open Data community.
Both positions are full-time and will require some travel.
We are an international, professional and very likeable small team and look forward to new colleagues. Our offices are bright and spacious, and we have a decent cafeteria in the building where usually have lunch together.
