A nice introduction to the subject by a major advocate in this great interview. Underlying the benefits of the FIT are the opportunities for green community or partnership enterprise. Baywind Co-op in the UK, Denmark´s Samso hybrid enterprises, and Germany´s Buergerwindpark Oederquart are some great examples. The story of the progress of the FIT´s in those countries and Spain are particularly exciting. Baywind in the UK got on its feet with a lift from a Swedish enterprise, and worked within a generally hostile policy climate until enough cage rattling met with an FIT at last.
I am an American, but had to look elsewhere for the most advanced efforts in decentralized energy and enterprise. Nice work, people, and let´s keep it up.
